RubitAI is provided by Rubitcube Information Technology LLC. Public visitors do not need an account, email address, phone number or password.

Temporary content

RubitAI temporarily stores conversations and files to provide the service. Customer chat content, uploaded files and generated files are automatically deleted within 72 hours. Generated images follow the same policy. Content may expire earlier, and deleting a chat schedules its associated files for deletion. Save anything you want to keep on your own device.

Free access and abuse prevention

We process your public IP address and a randomly generated browser identifier to enforce usage limits. We keep keyed, pseudonymous hashes rather than raw IP addresses in the application database. These identifiers are not absolute anonymity. Infrastructure providers may process network information. Shared office or home networks share an IP allowance.

A secure browser cookie keeps your temporary history accessible. A local browser identifier is also stored; no conversation content or API credentials are kept in local storage. Clearing cookies may remove your access to temporary history, but does not remove the IP-level usage restriction.

Separate usage records

Usage records contain hashed identifiers, counts and limit timestamps, not messages or documents. Inactive usage records are deleted after seven days when no active restriction remains. Aggregate service statistics contain no chat content and are retained for up to 30 days.

AI processing

Your prompts, necessary conversation context and uploaded content may be sent to OpenAI to generate responses. RubitAI’s 72-hour rule applies to our application storage. OpenAI has its own processing and retention policies, which may differ. We disable Responses API application storage where supported; this does not promise zero provider retention.

Read OpenAI’s API data controls. Avoid uploading confidential, sensitive or personal information unless you are authorized to do so.
